As Big Block's Site Superintendent, quality assurance and quality control are at the heart of Dave Joseph's work. With 30 years of industry experience, he's mastered the art of construction management and is dedicated to delivering top-quality results. Dave's journey in the construction industry started as a carpenter, where he honed his skills for 20 years before transitioning into management. Every day on-site, he orchestrates the complexities of construction, managing the various trades and ensuring they are aligned and working towards the common goal of delivering a high-quality development to Big Block clients. When he's not working, you'll find Dave fishing and camping with his family, or collecting old Canadian currency and banknotes.
