Come as you are. Our process begins with a complimentary Kickstart Consultation and ends with a building you and your community can take pride in. Here’s what to expect:

• We’ll set up a time for a stroll or a sit down. We’d like to have a real conversation so you can share about your community members and their housing needs, and we’ll really listen.
• We’ll ask you some questions to learn more about what you have in mind for your project, where you’re stalled for progress, and then share our professional recommendations on how we can best help you calibrate and plan your journey forward.
• Don’t worry: you won’t have to suffer through a pompous sales pitch with a mind-numbing Powerpoint fresh out of 2004 made by some slimeball with a rather concerning case of coffee breath who just. doesn’t. get. it. Promise.
