As our Human Resources and Company Culture leader, Anna ensures Big Block continues to be an incredible workplace, empowering staff to reach their full potential. Clients see her special touch and guidance through our staff’s enthusiasm for serving the community and building high-quality housing fast. Anna’s previous experience as a teacher gave her lasting lessons in working with a wide variety of people and motivating people to do their best and reach goals as a team. Outside work, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and four kids, soaking up Saskatchewan summers hiking and cycling, and relaxing with a book in her hammock.
