We created a visually appealing, energy-efficient building and suites with top quality finishes including quartz countertops, in-suite laundry, stainless steel appliances, and more.
The property includes significant energy-saving building system components including an energy-efficient boiler system, motion sensor LED lighting systems in the parkade, as well as energy-saving features within each unit. The development also offered first time home buyer supports for low- to moderate-income households.
The project also incorporated the award-winning roof design developed for Kensington Flats. Each block has a self-contained flat roof with internal drainage connected to the building’s storm drain that was constructed in the manufacturing facility and required no on-site assembly.
